About the Airships

1copy

For the construction of these one of a kind airships I use: wood, plastic, paper, cardboard, aluminum, brass, copper, yarn, nuts and bolts, screws, typewriter parts, radio parts, watch parts, clock parts, children toy parts, legos, saxophone and other music instrument parts, lamp parts, computer parts, electronic parts, fishing nets, chopsticks, balsa wood, plumbing supplies, assortment of plastic caps, baby squeeze-caps, paints, varnish, stain and much much more.

It takes months to make one and lots of hours to mull the idea of colors and materials and shape to use. While the Airship is in process, there are always different ways to recreate or redo things on the model, especially when I find different items on a daily basis from day to day living.
